Last year was tough for him & truth be told I didnt rate Cal. But I see a grit & determination to improve you dont see in a lot of the superbike transplants. His ride last week reminded me of the attitude Lorenzo showed in his rookie year after several significant injuries and his performance this year has brought a well needed boost to our viewing pleasure. A lot of cards will have to fall his way to get a championship, but at this point I give him a shot. Keep it up!

re: "My goal is to win the MotoGP World Championship and it may look like a far-fetched thing at the moment, but that's what we're building towards and hopefully I can achieve that during my career."

not far-fetched at all, but the trick is to work smart not hard. throwing your body on the ground is only going to get you (a white anglo saxon) but so far. convince your fellow brits and ex-pats the importance of coming off the pound in support of the industry and your sponsors, and you'll be motogp "champeen" so fast it'll make your head spin.
