Some of you idiots saying it was a HRC conspiracy are out of line. It's not funny.

Honda don't even have team order, they don't even ask Pedrosa to give Stoner a free ride, let alone conspire to potentially commit manslaughter or worse murder on an opponent. It is a criminal offence you're suggesting - idiots.

it was a stupid mistake made by an over rated rider, who was always a crasher even in his 250 days, this boy has skittled a good few over the years, and many many smashes on his own.dont know how hes got that bike,he was a regular faller on the suzuki too, look at how young rookie bradel races,a much better rider with much less experience, alvaro thinks hes better than he actually is,and is over pushing it to make headlines.stoners famous ambition/talent comment was made for bautista

re: "“Unfortunately, when I followed Dovizioso's wheel I lost my braking point and hit the brakes far too late. I tried to slow the bike down, but lost grip on the front and lowsided,” said Bautista."

back during WW2, it was determined "torpedos" had limited range and effectiveness once OUT of water. fast forward 60 years and the technology has advanced. never seen a shunt so hard.

that being said, wasn't their a rider who was notorious for this back towards the end of the 990 era...? can't remember who it was, but there was somebody who was regularly clouting everybody into T1.

John my dear, you're such a plonker. Yes, we know you can't stand Bautista, you make that perfectly clear in each and every single one of your comments. The problem is that you unsuccessfully try to rationalize your dislike with dubious and outright false statements which only show how little you seem to actually follow his racing.

FYI: he's riding a satellite Honda, not a factory spec. Also: Suzuki a great bike? Yeah, sure...

Man, it's amazing how some people try to rip a rider's whole career apart for ONE mistake. Like Stoner, Rossi, Pedrosa or Lorenzo never made any...

Yes, it was a colossal misjudgement, but Bautista certainly won't ever make a stupid mistake like that again. He's never been a dangerous rider and those now acting like he's mayhem on wheels fail to give any evidence for it - because there isn't any.

Valencia last year was an entirely different situation about which even His Almighty Holiness Rossi ruled that the fault was - wait for it - actually Dovi's, unwittingly wiping out Bautista's front wheel. But hey, what does he know, right.

"i missed my braking point.."

Yes Alvaro... By 400yards!!! What the hell was he thinking?! There was no way he was gonna stop in time. Even if he hadn't have fallen, he'd have STILL fully upright, cleaned out Jorge or whoever was there after him.. Probably Cal! The entire incident could well have finished with a SERIOUS injury to a rider or worse. One race starting from the back? So technically they've stopped him qualifying. Big wow. And all those of you saying he hasn't got a reputation for doing it, how do you get such a reputation? By not being punished sufficiently enough when you do. There's a first time for everything.

wasn't he the one who took out three other riders at Valencia next year?

In fact no. But he was the first to go down when his front wheel was taken out by another rider who moved over on him. That rider was also not at fault as he had nowhere else to go. Racing incident.
