this is what i mean by reality...

everyone complains and wants close racing front to back... yet when satellite teams beat factory teams said factory team (ducati) or rider (spies) is looked at like they are all of the sudden a second rate rider

isnt this what you wall wanted... oh my bad i thought people were objective... i forgot that all anybody wants is for their favorite rider to win every week... hence the stoner bandwagon... and when he is gone next year... whomever has a break out season or is a title contender will have a lot of new fans to fill up the bandwagon with

How many races did Toseland win in MotoGP? Oh.. that's right. None. How many podiums? None. Toseland's best finish in 2 years was 6th.

Let's see.. World Superbike. In 9 years, Toseland had 16 wins. In ONE year, Spies had 14.

Don't even bring Toseland into this discussion. He doesn't compare. At all.

Hahahaha..

Let's see.. Who has the most World Champions by country since the 500cc era started?

Italy - 6
UK - 6
Australia - 3
Spain - 2
Rhodesia - 1
United States - 7

Uh oh.. Seems more "Lame Ass Yanks" have won the World Championship than any other country.

1949. Several riders won multiple world championships, but the facts remain. In the history of the premier class, only 25 people have won the title, and 7 of them are American.
