Let's be realistic guys - they are a second off the pace and it's not going to get too better at Mugello in just one week's time.

Rossi's strength is corner entry, but at Mugello he used to take it a step further, with insanely high entry speeds that no one else could match. With the current Ducati, that's all well and truly neutralized.

The best Rossi can hope for is 7th, assuming a dry no races with no front runners crashing.

"Hey, you motogp fans, tell me who the most interesting rider to talk"

I, for one, watch MotoGP to see riders ride. If I wanted stand-up comedy I'd look elsewhere.

pcxmax why is it you always go on about tyse lar casey and danny just proved then in germany that they can win races with these new brigestones and can still set fast lap times on worn if lorenzo won this championship you and more stoner fans would just blame the tyse when that is not opion jorge will win this championship and you no it your self.the reason why your friend stoner is fineing it hard this year is because yamaha have give jorge a bike he can fight with like last year you could tell the way the honda drived out of corners and its new gear box was to much for lorenzo and is yamaha.

Yeah if it rains it will be extra special for sure. But even more it will be extra scary with these bikes if it rains. Can these bikes go something like 340 km/h on Mugello straight? Huh imagine that with rain.

There seems to be a lot of hate going on here, let me just say this:

1. Rossi has finally absorbed the Ducati philosophy.
2. Rossi is doing better than before the WDW reunion.
3. Rossi really wants to do a good job (his motivation has never been higher).
4. Maybe the answer is the old trellis frame that did work for the 1000cc machine back in 2007 and 2008.
5. Rossi will find his way. Give him time. He will slap most of you with a big white glove.

Does of you who do not ride a motorcycle and never been to a track day should not even have an opinion to be considered.

Can't wait to see his celebrations on the cool down lap. Has had ages to think up the best ever. Vale is the GOAT. Vale is the greatest development rider. Vale is motogp. Vale is life.

GO vale go. GO GO GO.
