Race was definitely boring but that happens all the time over the years - Rossi years from 2001 to 2005 and 2008,2009 (he was unlucky in 2006), Stoner in 2007 and 2011, Lorenzo in 2010. Someone always dominates. Apart from 2006 - there have not been close championships.
Anyways, I believe HRC are digging their own grave. Pedrosa is not a championship material (so many years in top flight and not one title). HRC have always let go of their best riders when should have stopped them - Rossi, then Hayden and now Stoner and end up with a bunch of losers like Pedrosa, Barros, etc. With Stoner gone after 2012, Lorenzo will have free ride to many more titles (like Rossi from 2001) as Stoner is the only guy with the balls to beat Lorenzo.

BS managed to tricked Stoner to use the special tyre. Because he was the only one used it in the race and clearly made to hold Stoner down. LOL. Congrat to BS engineer who suggest it to Stoner's team.

The incident he hit Bautista show exactly how the tyre upsetting the accuracy of the bike's trajectory to turn.

"So it seems Rossi finished ahead of Barbera and Hayden when it matters, yet again."

You seem to be missing some important facts:

1. Hayden caught Bradl and passed him cleanly.
2. Bradl, like most rookie/nOObs, tried to knock Hayden off to get the spot back. That was NOT A CLEAN PASS.
3. Had their been clean, professional racing, Nicky would have been in a good position to take 3rd.
4. While Rossi was catching up to Hayden, Hayden was catching up to Bradl. It should have been a 5 way showndown for 3rd.
5. Cal and Rossi should be thanking BRADL for their positions.

Can't say anything about Hayden, he stayed up there the entire race. However, he needs to learn when these punks and rookies try to bash their way into your spot, push those 'tards back, just like Stoner/Rossi do...

If anyone had pulled the move that Stoner pulled on Bautista, you'd never hear the end of it! @sunshine.

Yep. We would never have heard the end of Stoner complaining about another rider doing it to him. Or to someone else. Excuse me but this defines a hypocrite. And I think its not realy a debatable subject. Apply the pressure and things happen with Stoner.

Nice going again by Rossi who showed his racecraft skills in a high pressure race.

But Lorenzo is the man.

How many points ahead now?

hmmmm

Really dissapointed with Stoner, and I am a fan of him by the way.
He seems to have a complex about other riders being in front of him when they are perfectly entitled to be. Harsh move on CRT in qualifying when BOTH were on a hot lap. Now he has nerfed Bautista out the way because he had to follow him for more than a couple of corners without Bautista letting him through!! You can't expect riders to give way when fighting for position AND you certainly can't ride through them when you're getting pissy. Totally immature piece of riding. You're better than that Casey!

very dissapointed by caseys move on bautista, just basically rammed his wheel into his body.no way was there room 4 a fair pass.. but the worst thing was casey offered no wave of appology.. dont like to critisize thease guys but like the q p move he pulled. wildly overzellous at best ,at worst bitterly arrogent. @ good to see hayden almost get the podium. hope he gets a good ride next year @lorenzo is the man .

Good to see Rossi clocking the highest top speed of 346+ kmph. Miss the good old days (2007)when Ducati used to be a rocket down that straight with their Big Bang engine. I remember Rossi complaining in 2007 about the 30-35 kph speed deficit Yamaha suffered at the hands of Ducati.
