Just a question:

What exactly do you guys expect from him? He's a rider manager... To my knowledge, he's not of Gypsey decent, owns no crystal ball, and lost his bag of magical bones that tell the future... He was asked his OPINION, where possible he gave it, where not, he didn't fan the flames of speculation.

Surely he could've come out and said Iannone will partner Stefan Bradl at LCR, Espargaro on a second Grisini Honda, Redding on a Tech 3 Yamaha and Smith on a Tech 3 CRT... And when it was all proved to be false, you guys could've gone on about how he talks a bunch of crap.. Just saying. You would've probably criticised either way.

That is exactly what I have been wondering... To my knowledge Suzuki are planning a return in 2014 (Seen spy pics of the bike, looked cool.) I think they'r waiting to see what direction Dorna take with the rules.

But I still think there MUST be a better way than the current CRT idea. I am sure they can be made more competitive than they currently are. But surely the goal for Dorna should be to lure the likes of Kawasaki (who's 2009 ZX-RR was possibly the badassessed looking MotoGP bike out, and looked really promising before they pulled out, AND have a great superbike now), Aprilia (who can surely build on the RSV4's success and move forward on the ART), BMW and Suzuki. That alone (with 2 factory bikes each) would put 20 prototypes on the grid! Then they could add satellite bikes in 2 years or so,... Surely the public could enjoy that more!

Nick,

Seen those pics, Suzuki looks nice, when I was at the Barcelona race rumours where vermulen was going to test it, they say Aprillia are using the ART to test the waters, but I want ezpeleta to be getting these manufactures together and saying what do we do to get you back, I agree 2 from each and we have a better spectacle, drop this 4 bike garbage and get luthi, esperago and ianonne on prototypes, I'd rather see 20 Hondas then CRT.

I saw a video a few weeks back of Stefan Bradl at a trackday at Laguna so I'm sure he's familiar with it. If I recall he was posting AMA beating times on a stock fireblade.
Definately deserved the factory ride more than MM.
