Paul Bird aint no ar8e,he demands a lot from his riders and calls it as he sees it.if you dont perform hell let everyone know,if you do,the guy will look after you.who else would have given Stuart Easton another contract when he was lying in a hospital bed unsure if hed ever ride again?or given Tom Sykes a personal contract to ride in wsbk when Kawasaki wouldnt?the guy is loyal to his riders, just cos he slags them off sometimes doesnt mean hes an "ar8e"hes also bloody entertaining and doesnt talk the usual media friendly rubbish.

Paul Bird has created a lot of employment which keeps roofs over peoples heads whether it is in Motorsport or his Business in Cumbria. He also lets Air Ambulance operate from his land. He is a great Ambassador for this country in Three Different Championships throughout the Globe. But the only time we read about him is when the Media have something negative to say.(hands up who has never fallen out with their wife big time) James and Birdy and the rest of the Team are doing great considering they are not being plied with UPGRADES every five minutes. They are a small Team and I hope they go from strength to strength in Motogp. Whether James Stays with them or not remains to be seen. But after seeing them in Assen and seeing all the other oversized Hospitality suits,If I had the money I would hand it to a small budget Team like Birdys. So all the best for the next round.

Nobody really cares about CRT yet. Until they can challenge the factory bikes, they're a joke. Problem is, once they CAN challenge the factories, then the factories are a joke. It's a no win.

Either EVERYONE on CRT, or forget about it.
