Rossi's quali has been slow since he joined Ducati so it's nothing new. Another thing that won't be new is when he passes all of the other Ducati's on the track as his race setup is better than the lot of them. He'll finish the season with his head up high knowing he produced respectable results on a pig of a bike and then move back to where he belongs in Yamaha.

paste the above into brower, no w w w's. Someone just posted a pic of Spies with crutches in the media room. He had gone back out with time for 4 laps before checkered, he clicked off a 1.21.264 on his final lap. On the spare bike. After hardly being able to walk 5 minutes prior. Now on crutches. Tough guy that Spies.

Well, I thought for sure this would be Ben's time to shine. With all that weight lifted off his shoulders (you know, that great feeling one gets when they QUIT a factory sponsored ride in MotoGP - Ahh, what a GREAT feeling!) and racing on his home track!! Oh man, I just knew Ben and his crack team were going to SMOKE the competition! But...

Alas, Ben crashes and can't even put his bike on the front row of his home race. What a sad, sad chapter, no, strike that, paragraph, this will be in GP history.

But hey, THANK GOD it's close to being over!

@NZDan,
you may be right regarding Rossi not having as much time on the bike hence why he is performing badly

The only guy I can recall who had less time on the bike and won some races was Stoner, actually he went on to win the WC in his first season on the Ducati

What i love about you pcxmac, is that you'll be so quiet in 2013! Its funny to realise the fact that the horse you're putting your money on, is trading the bike for cattle and leaving you and all the big mouth fans behind!

Oh you gotto love karma!
