Dorna have to change the rules for some kids start winning.. Sotner him 2007 best Ducati ever, well Ducati was not the best will never be the japonese bikes where bad on the 1 year 800cc.. Then when you guys says that since 2007 the youngersters win you are wrong the Champion for 2008 and 2009 is VALENTINO ROSSI.. only losse 2010 after is mistkes at Mugello fair enaught.. After he leave Yamaha you guys wach your stars wining 1 and 2 spot race after race.. Thats a shame Rossi take that sht Ducati hoping that he could change there mentatlaty and worck together, Ducati waste that they will allways think that her solutions are right, riders are wrong..!! Big pity.. But you can be shure if Rossi goes to Yamaha this kids will fight side by side with him.. or at least Lorenzo!! Stoner i dont more words for me leaving is just a chicken.. No excuses a rider that say i love Motogp have enorms talent and say that will leave at this age Man i will never understand riding a Prototipo knowing that w

@Simon.
The answer to your question is easy JLo.
All the Rossi fanboys will hate him.
To all the posters who said the top three just follow the leader. Yea at 200MPH+ with the bloke that's behind getting a high on the fumes of the leader and the leader wondering where and when he's going to make a pass

Kicking JLO like he did in 2010...?

@ other guy who's name I can't remember...

How many wins does Rossi have on the Ducati?
How many does Casey have?

Go ahead, count them, I'll wait...

Ahh I cant seem to get your name right, so I'll refer to you and your idol as THE REJECTS, name suits, is easy to remember and fits your post plus it clearly outlines your idol in a single word that is truthful about him.

Good thinking Reject, thanks for that

The answer that Stoner and Lorenzo gave addressed a question regarding the rivalry between Stoner, Lorenzo & Pedrosa. Furthermore the question specifically addressed last year and this year and the remainder of this year. Even more specifically - No other rider was mentioned in the question and no other rider was therefor mentioned in the answer.

There were no agendas, no hidden meanings and no intent to exclude anyone else.

Please move along, nothing to see, move along...

It's a no-news, really. Nowadays the main riders are those 3 so the question being only about Lorenzo and Pedrosa made some sense. Stoner could mention Rossi if:
1 - He liked Rossi, but the dislike is mutual.
2 - He was asked about Rossi which he wasn't
3 - Rossi still was the rider he once was and was still winning, which he isn't and IMO he won't

None of those apply so Stoner - whose personality I loathe but whose talent I appreciate - made a (unusual, I must say) polite and sensible reply.

In my view, Stoner won't be so dramatically missed despite his obvious talent since he publicy stated he doesn't feel passioned about motorcycle racing and he can be replaced (i.e. he is not the best of all - Lorenzo is, at least, as fast although not so spectacular)

@fred
there is no mention of rossi because he usually is bitter with his rivals- sete, lorenzo, stoner, biaggi etc. stoner, lorenzo and dani on the other hand have a GENUINE respect for each other. you must have heard a lot of lorenzo-rossi rivalry when they were teammates. do you hear the same about stoner and dani? no. it's because they know they are competing only on the track and not outside. simply put, they don't put ego ahead of mutual respect.
