Just goes to show how much VR wants to win as no hiding place next season back at Yam.
The easy option would of been to stay at Duc and blame the bike.
Regardless of what some on here think this shows HE doesnt think he's finished.
Cant wait to watch it all unfold.

Doviziosi. 3 years on a factory honda with 1 win to show for it, at a wet Donnington when everyone else crashed out. Why does he think it will be any different on a factory yamaha?

Ducati sucks, thats why stoner left, while he's talking trash about vali leaving. Why didn't he stay with them !!! Now he wanna retire when motogp need him to stay & race. He's a cry baby & a hater that's why he will not be champ this yr. Make that move Vali & show lorenzo who is king of yamaha. your #1 fan LION

re: "But even if he does win again with Yamaha, it will prove that he needs the best kit inorder to win.
He couldnt even get close to doing what Casey did with it, and is even struggling to beat Hayden, and that will never be forgotten, especialy by Rossi himself."

you're right, but the reality is if he should start winning, all of this will be forgotten so fast it'll make the haters heads spin. the noise of the cheering will be so loud as to drown out any dissent. it is what is. watch and see.

Different factory bikes can suit different people better/worse. Just ask Rossi.

Rossi was handed a multiple race winning bike at the end of 2010 and what has he done on it?

I have no doubt that he will do far far better on the Yamaha, but the point is that you cannot predict the success or talent of a rider based on his results on a totally different bike.
