@ here we go again

what the heck? if people only watch MotoGP for ONE RIDER then it says more about THEM then it does the sport! MotoGP did in fact exist before 1996! And I tell you there were REAL fans who had REAL knowledge!

Nothing will come close to the late 80s and early 90s.

I remember Furusawa saying once, he would love to look inside the other competitors factories, but off course would never be allowed, so probably out of pure interest off he went to look around Duc!! Japanese loyalty runs very deep

you're absolutely right, but we're in the 21st century now and the revenue side of the equation is still waiting for an answer.

re: "The greatest risk to the future of the series has nothing to do with the riders.....it's the management."

LOL. It is 2012, MotoGP is very different. Let me ask you this. If Rossi was to leave and the audience figures collapse hence sponsors leave, TV viewing figures etc dipped which meant the series ceased to be (NOBODY is taken in by CRT, it's rubbish), would you blame Rossi? bet you would.

I love the fact that if you like or appreciate Rossi, you are a "clueless yellow panty sheep" etc. If you hate Rossi, you are a "racing fan"!

The Biggest LOL of the year so far!
