Yep, he cant ride a bad bike, O wait he came 2nd in championship on the 07 bike that every rider disliked, and even HRC called rubbish (my words).

Yep, he cant develop a bike, O wait the HRC project struggled each year while he was in hospitial recovering from pre-season injurys.

He will remain in a HRC works team as long as he doesnt have a team mate betting him (and doesnt retire) often, and in the championship. If Stoner wasnt retiring his seat would almost certainly be lost to Marquez now. Even with a teammate like Stoner, he still gets great results worthy of a works ride.

And its no wonder he isnt a win or bin rider, he injurys way to easily, and struggles after injury (probably due to his weight and height relative to everyone else).

The new tires held down Pedrosa more than any other rider according to his boss Nakamoto.

I would bet if BS allowed the previous tire, Pedrosa would be leading the champioship right now or at least have much better results incl. more wins.

Standard spanish con trick, give your best hope the best bike, fastest engine, best funded team, watch him win in the little classes as you build "a case" for him to get put on the Premier Class Works Team.

Yet again, same old same old, the little guy won in 125 and 250 because he is so tiny, yet cannot really ride a large bike, he cannot hold on properly and dominate a misbehaving bike, so they just hope for a really really weak year when he can luck a Championship.

Currently replaying the same show with marquez, how much did they bung Suter to stop manufacturing swing arms once they had made one for marquez that stopped the chatter that was ruining it for the other Suter riders...

Ever get the feeling you have been cheated ?

After watching Dani's 250 career, I had slated him to be the next premier class champion once in the premier league. It would be only a matter of time. Amazingly, no crown after all these years. I would have bet a bundle on him and lost. Once I thought Dani would achieve the meteoric rise which Lorenzo has had. Then add Stoner with two championships and I never saw that future coming.

So many variables on and off the track help create a future winners success. Its a funny old thing this motorbike racing.
