You have Angelsea track just sat that requiring just road infistructure spending and they choose to do this, even Pembrey would be a much better option they certainly dont struggle for space although the gimp running it would do everything in his power to block it.
Why not spend some of that money on Welsh riders with ability sat doing nothing through lack of funds instead of promoting some s..thole.

It looks like a great track, and a great location, congratulation to the Welsh :)

But all the same, Motogp needs more (competitive) bikes on the grid, we need the factories to kick down and supply satellite teams competitive bikes...

Motogp need abolish the 4 bike rule, and allow the factories to sell their current factory bikes to satellite teams to race the in following year, an put 20+ competitive bikes on the grid and lose the crt program that has proven to not work.

there are now 5 new tracks proposed for the future:

Texas, Circuit of the Americas / for 2013 contract in place

New Delhi, Budh International circuit / proposed for 2014

Chilli, undetermined

Argentina, de Rio Hondo proposed for 2013

and now South Wales proposed for 2015

It's great being oppressed by the English. You get free prescriptions, university grants, free care for the elderly, rail fare increases between a half and a third of those in England, and all sorts of special funding for post-industrial wastelands, (like this race track proposal), which would get no help if they were equally depressed areas in the north of England. The only English getting special taxpayer funding are the bloody bankers in the City of London. Scottish and Welsh MPs vote to impose policies on the English which they reject as unfair for their own constituents. "Our" government thinks England is just the bit which lies within the M25.

NEXT! We need one in Scotland but that probably won't be considered for another 30 years or so.

Knockhill is great but we need a Grand Prix track.

The Welsh track looks good hopefully it'll provide great racing.
