Building a new track is just the tip of the iceberg. Then there is all the graft to attract major series with their astronomical fees and their insistance that changes be made to the track. Then the promoters go bankrupt the the big series leave and the local clubs (maybe) have a place to race? What are they thinking, I mean who in they're right mind would finance this?

Yebut it's not just a race track. There will be a host of other facilities including a Kart Track, MotoX Track, World Touring Car events and no doubt much more including factories, Hotels and much more.
Pembrey or Anglesey are dated airfields as is Silverstone.
The road system in the area is far better than any of the other UK Circuits.
Bring it on, I can't wait

It looks like it wont get out of 4th gear... the circuit and the circuit that is.
How about proving the business case by developing a brands hatch style mecca either at Anglesey, south wales or in the south west of England. It has to be all about the BSB and cutting the cost of racing.
I was at the last wsb silverstone. happy for baz and guinters but other than that a complete joke. the crowd there was certainly no business case for another international circuit.
