this has kinda put a bit of a damper on the 2012 season i mean everyone's forgot that there's still a title to fight for.

a few people have said the goats retreated to yamaha and this is going to degrade his reputation...? really? he has to beat an inform lorenzo, a fastly maturing pedrosa and what ever marquez is going to throw at the 2013 season. he says he is there for enjoyment. i dont think yamaha would have said heh you can have this M1 and have a kick about just enjoy only smile when your winning.

barring crash/injuries/dnf, i think we can all agree lorenzo will take this years title. he has been the front runner for most of the season, with the exception of that dnf caused by baustista's boneheaded move.

I also cannot see what the fuss is about, Rossi is a genuine bloke with huge respect for the past and present racers, and he more than us will know how hard it is to race with Jorge.

He is happy coz he knows his chances of sucess next
year are greater than in recent years. He also knows
it wont be easy but he is cautiously optomistic.

His forte was the ability to just sit back in 2nd and get the timing right in the last lap or so.. the other riders almost gave up, knowing he wd come through and 90 per cent of the time cross the line first.. has he still got the psychological advantage..
