No mention from anyone yet about the apalling state of the track. In my view it is plainly not fit for purpose. A great rider like Casey high siding, Hayden doing the same, come on, call it off before someone gets very badly hurt or worse!

Watching VR get blown off by Stoner in FP3 I had to think Rossi was thinking: boy, I am I glad he's leaving. I don't think Rossi is in the top tier anymore and Yamaha is going to have buyer remorse.

just seen the Stoner crash on you tube and the camera cuts away to the Yamaha pit and there is someone there (Looks very much like Colin Wright) smiling!!! Appalling behaviour.

If all these incidents are happening in the same part of the track it would appear that the track surface characteristics are potentially dangerous in places. Not really good enough if this is the case for riders who put it all on the line (for the most part......) Heal quickly guys

I am sorry but that comment about the alleged smile of one of the Yamahe pit crew at Casey's crash is just crass. How on earth anyone can have any idea what the guy was looking at or what he was talking about to someone or anything else at the time of the crash is impossible to tell. I do not believe any of the people in the paddock from any team would take any joy, on any level, of any rider crashing. It is beyond me why people take the time to bother airing such meaningless and completely unsubstantial views.

Well, good for Rapp and Yates for making the show. Yates is going to have a tough time of it. Looks like his bike is way down on power vs Rapp and other CRTs. Since Rapp missed FP2 look for his practice tomorrow morning to improve.
