Reminded me of Cal's performance from the back of the grid at Silverstone with injury. No matter how 'boring' the championship has become, we have some true warriors out there this season. Casey exhibited true champion spirit to the hard and deserves respect from the fans of all riders today regardless of your allegiance.

I've been kinda on Casey's case since his announcement, feeling he was giving up and owed his fans more than that, but, after today, I've got to take my hat off to him. He is one of the greats for sure, he's more than earned it. Thanks for the opportunity to watch you race Casey.Hope nothing but the best for you and your family in the days ahead.
