I know there are contracts etc but is there really any point to Rossi trying to race a bike he hates. With Ben Spies having grief at Yamaha perhaps they should all cut their losses.

He and Burgess have lost the clue how to set up the Duc. They load the back so much to improve steering that it has unloaded the front so much that it can't get heat in the tires. Instead of riding the bike differently they stick with this crap. The team around Rossi seems unwilling to work on the bike any longer and Rossi seems unwilling to ride the bike with reall effort any longer. I'd kick the whole load out of my team if they start to act like that. I don't believe for one moment that all the Ducs suffer from cold new tires after 2/3 race distance bullshit.

Better terminate the Rossi project ASAP, this is laughable. Stoner was right to slam the hell out of this clown.

@catch up

before u post some comments here, try to learn some statistics. Rossi Valentino was beating Kenny Roberts, Alex Criville. For four years dominance he was ruining hopes to titles for sucha a brilliant riders like Max Biaggi, Sete Gibernau, Loris Capirossi, Alex Barros, Carlos Checa. Actually he beat WC Nicky Hayden and Casey Stoner twice. ANY QUESTIONS?

Easy to kick a man when he's down,, isnt't it girls?
Bottom line is that Indianapolis is a **** track, it has taken out a couple of riders now and I'm glad Rossi isn't one of them. They should take it off the calender. Too many surface changes, lack of grip plus it is ridden the wrong way round.

If he rode fast enough to warm up the tyres then maybe he would find some grip. For a supposed GOAT to be racing with CRT's on any works moto gp bike is bizarre.

Another unconvincing performance by the "GOAT". For someone with pretensions to be called the "Greatest Ever", I expect something more...
So, how does he compare to Hailwood?
1962-65 500cc on MV - wins EVERY race he entered except for one DNF and one 12th
1966-67 500cc switches to underperforming Honda wins races 2nd to Ago both years on a lesser bike.
Retires when Honda pulls out of GPs.
And then after a decade away, he wins the IOM TT on an underpowered, massively UNDERSTEERING Ducati.
Rossi has shown us that he is ordinary on the Ducati.
I'm sorry to be harsh, but Rossi's record doesn't stand scrutiny given the claim, never mind his last two years.

Wise choice Vale. As we have already seen this weekend, the rest of the Dushatti riders have fallen due to the unforgiving ways of the "shambles" Bologne muppets call a MOTOGP BIKE!
Like they say.....with experience comes wisdom and knowledge! The last thing you want to do is have any bad accidents before you start test your "BABY" again :) Cannot wait xx

for gods sake, cant you guys talk about something
different, we all know Rossi is underperforming
on the Duc, he cant ride it, he has said he cant ride it, so whats the point of trash talking him every race when he finishes 7th or lower, its old news now isnt it.

what are you going to trash him next year when he will most likely be back making podiums?
im sure you will still find something to bag him about when JLo finishes ahead of him
