It was to be expected, but great effort last week, something that no one can deny.

Just hope he is back before the end of the season so we see him race one more time

That's a shame as it all but ends his title hopes. Still, we all know how good Casey truly is, even if some don't want to admit it or some don't appreciate his attitude at times.

As for the title race, rooting for little Dani Pedrosa. The man has been great this season and deserves it.

what gets me with the armchair knockers of Casey (or any other world class racer for that matter- Spies, Bradley, Vale, Cal etc etc) is the lack of respect for their efforts, bravery and ability.

Caseys actions here surely demand some respect, understanding and admiration for what these guys do.

Its not all champagne and brolly dollies.

This is a great website but some posters need to grow up.

MotoGP racers are people. People with an awesome job and skill.

It's okay to like your racer - Stoner, Rossi, Lorenzo, Pedrosa or others while at the same time not dislike the racers you do not pull for.

If the racers win or get a podium they earned it so just accept it and stop all the negativity.

Sorry to see that Casey will lose out on the championship due to an injury.

Never fully understood the Casey vs Rossi thing, both excellent riders in completely different ways. I would just have loved to have seen them at the same manufacturer to see who truly was the fastest! Both need a massive amount of respect for what they do!

Sorry to hear about casey, not good for the title race but would love to see Pedrosa take the title now, he even seems to be smiling more in interviews!
