wont matter, Cal wont finish on the podium, Dovi will beat him yet again, Cal will make a mistake and either run wide or crash out trying to keep up

Cal has been progressing quite well.

I hope many posters on here can recall how he was lamb basted for being offered a Tech 3 seat.

Well, he's showing that he does have talent.

Good show Cal. Keep dousing the naysayers with good finishes.

A podium is in your near future.

With all due respect he would actually have been 4th - Stoner not present and Pedrosa falling off early on in the session. Good performance though even if he is on the best bike in the field. In any case its the best chance he will ever have to get on the podium.

With all due respect Mal,
Cal fell off his no1 bike as well!
No if's of but's he qualified 2nd!
Also he is not on the best bike out there I think you'll find that it is either the works Honda or the works Yamaha rather than the customer Honda or customer Yamaha!
Put the excuse book away Mal he out qualified Dani and Ben on works bikes and Dovi his team mate on equal machinery

And he finished (3rd) on the podium. Good lad Cal!

Strange how they seem to get a great result straight after signing a new contract. Must be on a big high and not talking adrenaline here.

Here's hoping a very successful 2012 & 2013 even if I don't see a factory bike at the end though I wish I was wrong.
