'Sadly for Dani he only won today and at Indy because Stoner was injured. The last race with all three fit, Stoner dominated Pedrossa at Laguna Seca'

Another well thought out post...the races prior to Laguna when all were fit? I even remember one where pedro dominated stoner to the point that stoner fell off just trying to keep up, not even making a pass.

Reading a lot of these posts saying how only if stoner were here hed win, pedro was gfted the race etc, its all really sad.

I put the challenge out...if he is that good and more, even the GOAT as some try to state, he should be able to come back from the injury and in form enough to win the WC. I challenge that if he doesnt, its stoners myth thats busted.

Remember, he can ride anything, around any problem (I'll assume that includes injuries), apparently he owns everyone and its a chipped bone not broken clean through.

History is not made of "what if", but facts. Ignoring the facts in favour of probable consequences of less probable events is useless. Stoner was not racing due to injury, that's a fact. That he could have won hadn't he been injured is a speculation, not a fact.

The title fight is hotting up and I have to say that Pedrosa looks strong, perhaps stronger than Lorenzo at this certain point (and I'm a Lorenzo fan). Though, I think that if it comes down to the last 2 or 3 races, and it looks like it, Lorenzo will have the edge. An important factor I think it will be Stoner. He might want to win some races before retiring and we'll have to see if he plays for the team or for himself.

the adjusted true position of valentino rossi = rossi+ stoner+ hayden+ barbera= 7th+1+1+1= 10th..therefore, as usual his position stays at 8-10th

Awesome race, it is worth getting up a 5 a.m here in TJ. Anyways, I love how this guys race, very very clean, the respect they have for each other is greaters than the ambition to win with a brute, or dirty move. If it was Rossi I'm sure he would have bullied his way through by bumping bikes or something like that.
I am a Lorenzo fan, but I like Pedro as well and so I won't be dissapointed if either wins the championship as long as it is earned through clean intense racing like this. Congrats Cal, didn't let us down this time. Spies you suck dude, you act like you don't even care anymore, your face says it all, might as well quit now instead of putting us through all this crap week in and week out.
Damn, didn't they come back from a 3 week break 2 weeks ago? WTF, I want more!!!Can't wait!!!!

just like what stoner did to bautista, what stoner did to rossi in sachsenring 2010, what lorenzo did to bautista.
why single out rossi?

Lorenzo will never win any credit form Dani or Rossi fans, so is pointless going there. However no-one can deny that the Honda has a power advantage and is the only reason. Why Dani got back past. Lorenzo is having to ride harder on a bike that is down on power compared to the Honda. Everyone wants to see Jorge fail, its quite sad really.

rather, you should say every fan of lorenzo, stoner and pedrosa wants to see rossi fail.
