im with you grumpy, md was the man, didnt he take out lawson and get top tyres for all riders? and did he dominate by going for it from lap 1, but getting back to the stoner (rhymes with moaner!)shame cos i think lawson was the biggest moaner ever then doohan always complained, alex follows me! casey is not in the same league. they are people at the top and can race not bs like a politicion looking for votes. this is racing, what happens on track is the important bit, remember!

I've noticed the caption read,Mick Doohan to ride RC213V at Phillip Island, not SPOONE or Neil Hodgson or JEREMY MCWILLIAMS the loser.I have loads of ammunition left for nobs like spoone.I could take up a race bike an challenge any british rider to a race, but i would'nt even think about it with STONER,noy in this life or the next.

@ Stonecold. Cheers mate, now that is a post that makes me laugh. Be proud! Armchair critics at their most extreme! Sad knobend!

Go Mick! Enjoy the ride!

The last time I saw Mick do some "demonstration" laps was at Phillip Island 1 year after his retirement on Sunday morning of the GP.

He was supposed to ride around slowly with his helmet off (for photos), instead he rode flat out, helmet on. for 3 laps.

There was an audible gasp from the grandstand when the commentators announced that his 2nd lap was fast enough to have qualified him on the 3rd row of the grid.......and this with only 70% of use from his damaged right arm.

The guy is just f***ing nails.
