There's a quote in gp1 where Hayden says the updated chassis and other parts were due of his input to ducati.

I'm surprised he hasn't been condemned to death for saying that.

As a fan of both nicky and rossi fan,i am dissapointed by media that reported Ducati made the bike for Nicky.Although,Rossi obviously put hard pressure for changes in factory.Even though its true,Nicky have to give Rossi some credit.If Rossi not there,you will stay fighting with cf whatever.haisssssssshh !

Anybody with an impartial bone in their body knows/realizes that Hayden is not the primary reason that these parts were made available, and he is not leading development. Hell, he was almost out of a job at the end of this season and he will likely be out of his factory seat come the conclusion of the 2013 season.
