Many of the previous posts imply that the WSBK series is healthy....and it aint! It's gone too far from it's roots and IMO it can't be sustained. If the two series are to be maintained (separately) then WSBK has to become less 'technical' and more like proddy racing used to be. OK, maybe not that far but let it emulate BSB. No-one can say that the racing in BSB is boring - actually it's probably the best in the world at present. We have to accept that life is tough and the manufacturers are not financially capable of supporting two 'factory' efforts. We've only just seen the beginning of this scaling back get used to it.

re: "The new changes - which could have far reaching implications on the future of both series - mean that both MotoGP and WSBK will be integrated within the Dorna Sports group"

I know the worlds economies are in a mess but have you seen the crowds WSB attracts?? MotoGps are down but at least they jave to be counted rather than named! The track promoters must be losing a fortune. Good example of the economics is Brands refusing WSB demands because it was unsustainable so it seems more like WSB is being saved rather than MotoGP! WSB is really only popular in the UK the rest of Europe can take it or leave it - generally leaving it!
