"Agreed, Casey is a naturally gifted racer, and unequaled since 2006."

to be more correct, it should read...

A naturally gifted rider unequaled in 2007 & 2011, surpassed in 2006, 2008, 2009, 2010 & 2012

"Definition of a true Racer not just in it for the WC Casey could have been leading after Sachenring big time but he went for Bin it or Win It Instead of JL last weekend I was thinking of the WC"

Sorry man, your thinking of "stupidity".

Plenty but still, a drop in the ocean compared to you guys heaping on rossi. I dont even need a support crew they way you guys work in tandom.

We are probably more alike than you would admit, we simply follow different riders.

@ there there now

The truth is that people just wanted Rossi to fail at something, especially considering that he dominated for about a solid decade. His less-than-successful seasons at Ducati were all that the hecklers needed to fuel their disdain for a guy who was nearly untouchable on two wheels. The worst part about it is, IF Rossi returns to winning ways on the Yamaha, the anti-Rossi segment of "fans" will continue to spout diminishing statements (..likely referencing the 2011/2012 seasons).

@Realist:

I agree that some were waiting for an Achilles heel moment, but my personal issue is that a lot of Rossi fans cannot be objective in there assessment of his current performance, nobody is denying his past achievements, although some were debatable, it's just that some will not accept the slightest criticism and will formulate any old rubbish to bolster there positions, you are a rare exception and will admit he has failed to achieve his objective.

Dear haters,
Pls forgive Casey for beating your hero twice and for making him look like an amateur on that duke. He didn't do that on purpose. He's only human. Now you can be happy from 2013 onward when he's gone.
Thank you.
