riders don't grant each other gifts in this sport , they all have the same obstacles to overcome and personal records are not notched up by giving away places.
they all ride for there own glory , including and especially jlo.
jlo has a little show planned for each win like rossi did , they would never abandon the chance to put it on if they could help it.
pedro and stoner understand its up to themself to win and have no intention of ever helping each other to a title.

Absolutely not. If Dani isn't good enough to beat Stoner on the track he shouldn't have the points gifted to him. By the sounds of it Dani feels the same way, good on him!! The title won't feel the same unless he's earned it.

That is why MotoGP need Stoner. There always uncertainty who will win the race in each round. If the other Aliens didn't push hard, Stoner will take it all. So, they keep pushing it very hard every round to equalized the winning chances between them.

If Stoner helps Dani then he will be accused of participating in poIitics, one of the reasons he gave for not liking the sport anymore and leaving. If Dani has a sniff at the title come philip island then Stoner can kiss his a*** goodbye if he thinks honda will let him win it.
