“At the moment, we're still missing a couple of tenths with our pace to think of the podium” – Valentino Rossi.

Oh my gawd!

Why is this still going on. Is it an attempt to try and boost Rossi's post count haha!

Rossi's time on the Ducati riding alongside Hayden is probably the most accurate stats/data/info that we have available to compare Casey and Vale.

The other time before that are all unfair and hard to compare because Casey was rinding the Ducati when Vale was riding the M1. You cant compare these seasons as they were on different bikes. Just like its unfair to compare Caseys 2011/2012 results with Vale's from 2011/2012.

The one thing that we can use as fairly as possible as a common denominator is Hayden, because he was there when Casey was, and is there alongside Vale.

Compare the difference in performace between Hayden and Casey, and then do the same for Hayden and Vale.

Theres your answer im afraid.

As much as i like Vale, the stas/data/info is there and will not go away or be erased, how ever hard people like Vilas try.

If they where riding both the same bike Stoner would get injure even more fast then with the HRC bike.. Rossi would have Win to Him on the standings yeah 4sure.. If Stoner would have been making fastest lap times yeah i also agree that he could just like hayden him some tracks because Rossi can t used well the Ducati on is good points.. Anyway Stoner would not survive all year just like with Honda you know its WIN or BIN

any more questions?

The Trudh Hurts

After 2007 that we wach that electronics and other stuff that cost a lot of money made a huge diferente to other bikes..

At this days more then ever is importante to have a competitive bike and Rossi learn that after taking this risk on join Ducati, 4sure him like any other person will think Ducati whant to win but they lack a lot of worck compared with Honda and Yamaha..

Yeah more then ever if thinghs dont change riders will have to be very smart choosing there Teams him orther to buil a strong Carear

So you truely beleive that Rossi would beat Stoner on the Ducati? And your basing that on what? Wow, it seems that your losing more and more credibility after each and every post.

What about this question then.....'Stoner has NEVER been on par with Hayden, so why do you think it would be any different if he was on the Ducati in 2011 and 2012?'

And its interesting that you say 'Stoner has failed big in 2012'. Ok lets assume that the Honda is the best bike this year for arguments sake. Stoner has had 4 wins before his accident. In 2010, when Rossi was on the best bike (for arguments sake again) and had an injury too, at this same point in the season Rossi had a single win, and by the end of the season, he only had 2 wins. Thats 2 less than Stoner and Stoner still has 4 more races to go.

So if Stoner 'failed big' in 2012 like you say, does that mean that Rossi 'failed big' in 2010?

Vilas, so it appears from your previous comment to soneone else that your purely blaming Rossi's failure on the bike and that the Honda and Yamaha have improved more? Ok, lets assume that they have improved more for arguments sake again.

Then why is Rossi on more or less equal terms with Hayden? Now this is where you probably say 'yes but he has more points', and yes thats true, but why was the gap in points last season (without injuries) only a few points? And why were they on more or less level terms before Haydens accident?

If its all the bike, then surely Rossi's amazing GOAT-like ability and special powers should have pulled the gap further from Hayden with reletive ease? You know, like Stoner did with Hayden. Yes? No?

Yeah Rossi fail big him 2010 is mistake was because of Barbera you know the guy whanted a town Rossi Slow down to let him pass and then tyre temperature drop and he crash was big fail and cost him one challange for the title.. Until then Rossi had never loss one dog fight to Lorenzo and if lorenzo had star the sesson Strong that dont mean nothingh Rossi come bac and could still beat him at Motegi and made is 46 victory at Sepang after recovering for 11 place and win the race.. like i say to Stoner **** happens..

For 2013 Rossi will be more focus and i also have to admit like i allways did Lorenzo is smart and tuff guys but will see how he feel if he face Rossi all year..

Stoner crash alone dont come with excuses he fail big time he didnt need to risk that much after all al that talente.. loocks like that he star to feel nervous after wach Pedrosa at sachsering.. A big pity is yount and could had leave Motogp with the number one but fail on the pressure.. Find all the arguments y

Any chance of answering my other questions Vilas?

Ok so you admit Rossi 'failed big' in 2010 too at least, but you said he made a mistake because of Barbera? Oh dear, dont blame Barbera. Thats the best excuse ive heard yet.

He was pushing the bike further than it allowed at that time. Just like Stoner did.

So you say Stoner failed under the pressure which is why he crashed. So was it not the pressure of Lorenzo that made Rossi crash, or are you sticking to the Barbera story?

Seriously, im no big Stoner fan at all. I have my other riders that i support. But i always like to try and at least understand the logic of some of these hardcore Rossi fans. As much as i admire their/your loyalty, come on guys, enough is enough.
