He's going to have a lot fun these last few rounds.
Probably miss the gp paddock like a hole in the head next year. Miss riding a prototype RC213V ? Maybe not.
Probably get lots of offers to test HRC's bike against the stop watch next year in private testing.
Best of both worlds for him next year.Gets to thrash the bike without all the GP weekends media bs. Keeps himself sharp and up to speed with developments should he at some stage be offered and ponder a return once the GPC have the current mess sorted out.

Good for Stoner and his team to be happy he's back. But wouldn't be surprised to see him not do that well considering how well Pedrosa and Lorenzo are riding. Will he be taking his Rossi haters with him when he retires, would be nice if he did.
