Good point by Stoner that championship are won fairly, but at the end of the day, if he could let Dani in front of him to win the championship, will he do it? from his personality, I doubt that. But in the spirit of being in the same team, who would you rather see win? your team mate or a Yamaha man. If there is a chance for Dani to win with his help and he didn't do it, then he might be the most hated person in Honda.. Don't forget that the Dani is very popular within Honda and also with the Japanese people.

What did you expect? This guy is well known for his petulant behaviour.

If he can't win it then there is no way he would help another HRC rider cast a shadow on his achievements with the team.

Looks like Dani is on his own but anything is possible if Jorge DNF's in the next couple of races...

Thats the right way to talck.. People have to put things clear!! I agrea with Stoner on this one i know that 4sure Honda is ecpecting a bit of consciousness from Casey but for me if Pedrosa whants to prove is best he have to beat Stoner fair like he was doing before Stoner get injure.. No help here thats not needed.. Stoner is welcome to give the points to honda clear is win on the manufacter Champion and Pedrosa have to fight for is personal goal be WC.. Fair enaught for me and i can wait to see how the laptimes will be.. Stoner ride injure him mugello and was performing very well for the injure he get aim shure he will not have problems on get on the pace now

thats why i like stoner more than gorge . in yamaha they have teamorders . see the start of the misano gp were gorge ask crutchlow to back off a little in the beginning and let him get away .and last year he said it himself that he would be glad if spies wants to help him get between him and stoner . and now he is crying that stoner most not help dani . so i think that stoner must help dani if he can ..i,m sure dani would help him if it was the other way around ..

Loock at Tech 3 this year..!! Both rider have respect for each other.. I bet that every fight they have they had him mind that they can t crash both.. the fight have to be clear!! They both are making a good job and fightingh hard.. There is no need to have a speacil member on the team that feel is the boss and people have to support him...

Fight you chickens fight more and talck less bunch of politics..lolol

Based on Stoner's attitude and past actions I'd say there is little chance he'll help Dani unless HRC ordered him to back off. However this is assuming he'll be in front of Dani or JLo and I'm not sure this will happen. Best of luck Dani hope you get some luck your way for a change.

David unfortunately I think you're right he's a selfish fellow so I could see your scenario playout. On another point I'm sure Dani wouldn't want Stoner's help anyway. Hopefully with a little luck his way he won't need Stoner's assistance anyway.

At the end of the day, Stoner is still an HRC employee who is well out of championship contention.

I'm all for team mates fighting for the WC but Stoner can't win this one and HRC would dearly love one of their riders to win again so Stoner might be told to play the game.

It is up to him, if he wants to do what his employers ask of him or whether he wants the glory of winning a race or two to top off what' been an exciting career by anybody's standards.
