the only petulant turds are the ones who come on crash to habitually hate on Casey, he left the door open with his comment at the end of the press conference, he hasnt been told to do anything, but if someone drops a sign from pitlane during the race, I dont think he would mind too much, unless its at PI. PI is the race that matters, and I hope to god Dovi can overcome Yamaha's unwillingness to let anyone but Jorge get prime treatment.

btw, i find the comparing Dani not helping Casey last year to Casey not helping this year to be absurd, Casey had last year in the bag, and would have had this year too had Bridgestone not developed a custom tire for Jorge/Yamaha, Dani didnt need to help Casey last year, so pretending that question has any merit is simply ridiculous, this year is not last year, Dani still has a shot at the championship, and YAMAHA HAVE BEEN MEANING JORGE TO WIN IT THIS YEAR NO MATTER WHAT, even if it means sacrificing Ben Spies, Asking for Casey to sacrifice a podium position in the next 3-4 races is not the same thing as gimping Ben SPies bike through horrible engineering support.

Well, I'm glad to hear that. I don't like him, but at least I respect him for that. Now let's see how the race goes...down to the blank wire I hope!

I would love to see Dani win it , hes served his time and deserves it, but he needs a bit of luck and Lorenzo to have a bit of bad luck maybe.Dani is one of the good guys , very likeable , but that doesn't win races .Hope hes as fast till the end of the season

@ there there now

Good question. Us mere mortals can only dream of having such a problem.

Of course I'd want to go out on a high with a couple of wins but tucking in behind Dani for the race and climbing up on the podium doesn't seem so bad.

Maybe he's not going to be at his usual level anyway so who knows?

A fair few comments this last week criticising Casey for being selfish, hmm i think they are confusing the Situation with 2010 wha certain Yamaha rider returning from injury tried to run his team mate Jorge off the track, even though he himself had no Chance of the title

@Casey who:

A little ambiguous still, i personally feel he will be a team player until P island as it is likely he will need a couple of races to be able to win, so he may as well help Danny then win the last race to make a personal statement.
