the only thing keeping Honda from taking the first two steps on the podium is Casey's ankle, and Dani's performance in PI, which might be much better than previous years given how he carved up Aragon.

If DP is fast and gets out early,(which he usually does)Stoner will slot in behind him for sure. Expect DP 1ST CS snd JL 3rd. Dark horse is Crutchlow.

Sad that Stoner is retiring, have to be one of the best of all time.

Why would Stacey give a fahook about who wins the championship? He still got his money, knows he has 0 chance of being world champion again (maybe in v8's) and lastly he spits his dodo (pardon the Aussie punn) out at the ripe young age of 27! 1 word for you mate...............
BYE!

Repsol/HRC has knobbled an Aussies bike in the past and Mick wasn't backward in pointing that out in the post race interview.

I see no reason why Repsol/HRC won't do it agin if they deem it necessary. Only this time it won't be a broken powervalve cable that all the mechanics missed after the morning warm-up(at Jerez surprise surprise) even though Mick told them something wasn't right. ECU leaning the bike a bit too much in the last half of the race should give Dani any edge he might need.

AsIfHeGivesA**** when u grow up you will realise true mgp lovers want to see the best on the best bikes and no matter what stoner is in that elite group with DP, HL,VL ON RIGHT BIKE . So next year will still be exciting with new riders and rossi back on aq bike he can ride but still sad not to have one of the best fighting at front

winning championship by a team plus winning a championship by a rider for his team are better and with plus factor for a wide world sale of the bike brand, than winning only the title by the driver or by a team. the instruction may not be expressly done by honda but i could be implied for stoner to do something for his team, for after all they are one working under the same team.

Stoner's bike already at disadvantage without the new chassis like Pedrosa and Bradl. Honda could just tweak the engine mapping or just do it through Brigestone like they did at Mugello to reduce the bike performances couldn't match Pedrosa bike.

But if Stoner still managed to overcome the disadvantage, it will become a very exciting race. The sign already there as soon as the bike failed on Stoner at the very start of the FP1. The 2nd bike too doesn't sound right as usual, like the rapid gearbox was taken off from it.
