There are plenty of riders who's lean angle is as far as his, he's not the only rider who almost gets the elbo down, don't try to make out he's the only rider who can lay a bike right down.

I imagine, if he's not on the podium tomorrow, he'll still be kicking himself with his good foot and anybody else who asks him any daft questions for that matter.
However, if head were to rule heart then perhaps this should just be treated as a practice session for Stoner Island,--as if!!

Absolutely, he is not the only rider who can lay a bike right down, it's what he does next that is so amazing. Unfortunately we won't be seeing too much of that with the current state of affairs and probably never again when he retires.
Or, will we?

@ Scotti

Casey's lean angles are less than most peoples - it is him who hangs off the bike more - there is a really good piece on this on the web - look on motomatters.com - his body acts as a sail if you like and allows him to go faster through the corners whilst keeping a tighter line with less lean on the bike - but you have to be brave and have the right feel - hope he and the others have a great race though

and there is also plenty of riders who slide a bike around corners, not just him.
King of slide is not Casey Stoner, Gary McCoy is the ultimate king of slide.

@ I'll bet McCoy would be flattered to be mentioned in comparison to Stoner. Yeah McCoy could slide a bike but how many races did he win? It's MotoGP, not a drifiting competition

so its ok to gloat how stoner is the best slider of a bike. but when the real facts come out on who is the best slider and it turns out not to be Stoner you say its not a drifting comp. lol what a cop out.
