Unfazed sums him up, cool and calm under pressure, he understands one more win will without any crashes or technical issues see him champion, i feel Dani is the one under pressure knowing one slip up and it's virtually over.

The pressure is always on the leader, period. Pedrosa has no doubts or worries, he just has to push to the max. He's not the leader so he has nothing to lose.

Pressure is valid for a different reason. Since VR left, Yamaha has not won a championship - if they lose this one as well. Never has been Honda so strong, never has been Dani so strong, never has Yamaha looked so fragile since years back, I dunno maybe since 2003. JL always had ambitions abt building a legend etc, but this is not going to help him be a legend.

Problem with JL is this - he has a rigid style, smooth corner speed, which has it's advanages, disadvantages, and has overstayed it's welcome. Rossi been there during his 250 days, left it when he came to 500s then revived it a bit during his initial Yamaha days, later thrived by using the Yamaha's corner entry capabilities, and what not. Lorenzo came to 800s, then to 1000s, but he's still stuck in 250's world. Unless he changes himself completely, no hope.

let's think again, the point in this sport is try to be number one in every series, WC just a bonus in the end of season, why everyone who loves this sport like Marco simoncelli, Casey stoner, & rossi coz they has fighting spirit, never give up and just ride 100% his bike, not just play safe to win WC, that's not a spirit for this sport if lorenzo scared to take a risk maybe he can find another job, not in this job
