Unfortunately, some (not all) of his fans have a less realistic view - some are hilarious, others just pathetic. Almost all of the Stoner hate posts are Rossi fans...that should tell you something.

Rossi is never going to be beat on the M1..........Sam.

I take it you completely missed the 2010 World Championship then Sam?

There there now.
To be honest,i hope there arent any excuses from Rossi once he has climbed back on board the Yam.I have stated several times that i fully expect him to be up at the sharp end.If not, then the questions will really be asked!

Get your facts straight! Stoner didn't have 29 wins for Ducati. He had 23. He won the championship in 2007 and couldn't do it again for Ducati. Rossi in those same 4 years won 2 championships. Stoner was in the 125cc & 250cc championships for 5 years with only 7 wins and 0 that's ZERO championships! Rossi rode for 4 years in the 125cc & 250cc championships with 26 wins and 2 championships!

Rossi will be remembered as the rider who made a comeback in 2013 on a Yamaha while Stoner will be remembered as a quiter after only 2 championships against Rossi's current 9 championships ... possibly more in the future.

I respect Stoner's skill as a racer but not his PR skills and definitely NOT his fans. It is fair to say that there are some embarrassing Rossi fans as well. Rossi is still a 9 times champion :p

gotta go with the harder of the 2 tires available got nothing to loose and if the rain holds of could move up when others start to fade , but if the rain comes then you will defo move up !
on a different note the start will be the title decider as jorge & dani will come together in the twisty bit and dovi will lead the race until it rains

Possibly true Lance. But will you and the rest of the yellow brigade then finally concede that he had to have the best equipment to do it?
Some how,i doubt it.
