MotoGP » Lucky escape for Lorenzo

“In the last lap I almost crashed. I have been very, very lucky because one '0' here would mean the championship was much more difficult” – Jorge Lorenzo.

Dorna screwed it big time and Lorenzo will be the most unworthy champion I can remember of in MotoGP!

The Kings own the game and make the rules. And change the rules to suit their objectives.

Thats life.

Besides, many riders were falling so why not stop the race? Especially considering there is a race in just 1 week. Not much time for injured riders to recuperate.

JL may win the Championship with the full backing of Dorna and their secret 'lets keep Yamaha happy so they take Rossi back'but only cuz the Hondas had EVERYTHING against them, one great rider out for 3 races and one rider became GREAT but that happened too late

jorge is not a champion, only 1 and 2, with an inferior bike (comparing with honda) but is not a champion. the only champion is rossi even when is on 8. the GOAT is stoner with 2 titles won. why all this non senses? because this is the level of understanding for a lot of people in all domains, not motogp only.

Lorenzo a pussy, suppose you could do better?!?! that's why your not riding the M1 and he is, Suppose you ride at these speeds in that type of rain, he is champion elect, like it or not and has the power to sway race direction, four riders lost the front before it was red flagged! I'm sure Pedrosa and Stoner would have loved for it to continue for another lap if he would have crashed!
lets see he is a triple world champion, one of them is a MotoGP championship, he is the only rider consistently on the podium on a Yamaha, and Pedrosa has ridden Honda since he came to MotoGP, and never won the title, Stoner is retiring, so Honda will put all the effort into Pedrosa.

If there were a minimum age limit, say twelve, to post on this thread there would be a lot less comments about chicken riders. I say the race should have been stopped sooner. After all, this is the circuit were we saw a fatality last year.

@Julie

yah, you can't ride @300kph neither me, or all armchair posters here.

But hello... some riders named stoner and pedrosa CAN. If only jorge concerned purely about his and others safety then that's fine. But lets grew some brain cells okay, it's obvious that he think about his OWN tyres and POINTS.

got that julie?
