If he was a team player, he would be saying that he is going to ride shotgun for Pedrosa and try to help him win the championship by getting between him and Lorenzo.

Just do your best Casey that's all your fans will hope for.
We all know you will give it your all.
Good luck and go for it you don't owe anyone anything so go for the win if you can.

He's not a racer, he's just a fast rider. Whenever he has had to abttle for a victory hes binned it. I want to see him fight for something! but he has lost his passion for what his whole life has been aimed at and it shows!

He is a fool for walking away and will always be remembered for that unfortunatly.

re: "He is a fool for walking away and will always be remembered for that unfortunatly."

when you walk away to be a husband to your wife and a father to your child, someone's clearly confused about the definition of "fool"...?

Yeah, lets introduce team orders into MotoGP and make it even more boring. Of course he isn't going to help Pedrosa. I could imagine the riots if he had a chance to win at P.I and helped Pedrosa instead. It looks like it is going to rain for the race. If it really pours down he will win by 30 seconds.

Stoner can only try his best.Same as any other rider. If he gets beaten to the finish line then so be it.Its not like he hasnt won at PI before now is it!

Although there are some infantile fools here who would love to see him fail just to divert attention away from their heros pathetic efforts.
Eh Tanner?

As a big Rossi fan i do think it would be nice if Casey wins his last home grand prix.
Everyone can say what he wants, but this guy is just amazingly fast even when he is not fit.
Great for him that a corner will be named after him.

shamarone: Who remembers Doohan for being a father? Who'll remember Schumacher for being a father? Who'll remember Loeb for being a father? They'll always be remembered for their world titles. Stoner could have been the best ever. No he is just 'one of the great ones'.
