Kris mclaren is an absolute joke. He couldnt even crack the top 10 in the Aussie supersport. It's amazing what money can do for you though, if you were looking for someone with talent in Australia around Phillip island then look at one of the waters brothers. Maxwell is the best around there but no1 will have him after he's moto2 wildcard. But seems the blusens bikes are a Kawasaki powered bike then why not look at Bryan staring!!!! He is winning world superstock races on a kwaka and did 35's on a 600 around the island

I can guarantee mclaren will not go any quicker then a 1.35 around there on a CRT bike.

Robbie, the teams don't get to pick just anybody as substitute rider you know. They have to respect contracts for a start. There's race fitness to consider too. There's always finance, can they afford the rider? And last, but certainly not least, does the rider want to ride?

ROBBIE...Talking about Kris McLaren being a joke?? That kid has had NO.. I MEAN NO FINANCIAL HELP WHAT SO EVER FROM ANY FACTORY TEAM IN AUS!That kid has had to work his ass off to pay his own way in motorcycling and HOW DARE YOU slander that boy on this blog! Other riders have had EVERYTHING handed to them on a silver platter "including coming from a finnacialy wealthy back ground, who are you to judge? McLaren is an exceptional young man with a great riding ability and he was obviously choosen on MERIT NOT WEALTH! Little did you know Robbie that McLaren has been living in Spain and Blusens (spanish team) had seen him ride in the CEV this year. McLaren was shown to display a high level of disapline both in fitness and dedication to riding and this work ethic alone has elevated the young man into an opertunity of a life time!

What do you mean little did I know that he raced in Spain this year? I know who he is and what he has done. He has spent a lot of money trying to chase stuff overseas in Spain and spent a lot of money for this ride for the weekend when he can't even win anything at All in Australia. He has made us look bad by not even qualifying. Blusens wouldn't have been watching him anyway, ben Reid would have been asked and he would have mentioned mclaren cause he knows that he will throw money at anything that gets he's name out there.

You also say that he has had no factory support from any team in Australia, yes that is absolutely true and why should or why would they help him? He is just the typical little rich kid that can ride half decent but will never do anything with it!!!
