@ reality bites

I really dont think Casey will be back in the 'near' future, maybe 2015/16ish?

Honda said they offered Casey huge $$$ (far more than ever before), more than Honda has offered ANYONE in ANY form of racing including F1.

Casey declinied, ergo he certainly did not want to stay in MotoGP. A loss of passion is a loss of passion.

Casey wont be back, once he has settled into the V8 supercars thats where he will stay. he's got a family to think about now, alot safer in a cage being 4 wheels then 2.

Trolling much danny

Based on the last few races Lorenzo will be lucky if he finishes in third, his only chance at second is if Dani bottles it again

@dacron
you have a good reckoning of how it happened LCR was created because of Rossi Veto,s Casey into the works Honda team he didn't like direct competition .Also Rossi said to Casey when he was crashing the lcr honda that his ambition outweigh his talent Casey only repaid the comment

Stoner totally reminds me of Senna. Both considered one of the best ever, incredibly fast but neither had the most titles. Both hated the politics and the technology that took away the skill of the racer. They just wanted to race. Neither were liked by many of the average fans. Both careers ended, one tragically, in their prime. To me they will always be great champions who's skill is to be admired and respected.

Hopefully the last race will be a good one, the last time we'll see the top 3 fighting on track. A fight for 5th too. I'll be pulling for Rossi to finish strong going into next year.

Jorge says Casey is the most talented rider he has seen, Vale says he is the N0.2 rider next year, and goes on to say that he's in Jorge's position when he joined yamaha in 2008...so that means Jorge has to beat Vale atleast for the next 2 years, since he's at the top of his game...:) this is going to be fun...:) cant wait for Valencia test..
