"Bradley earned a ride"

No, Mike the bike, Bradley *bought* a ride. Big difference.

He has not earned s#it.

On the basis of his results, he does not deserve his current moto2 seat, let alone a motoGP seat at Tech3.

Usual selection of comments from people who can't seem to understand the effect of machinery on results, and even someone criticising him for supposedly writing too many words in a blog, like the ignorant Joseph II who criticised Mozart for writing too many notes. Then there's a self-acknowledged bigot who makes it clear he's going to criticise Smith simply because he's British. I hope he does well at the post-season tests, takes it steady and continues the learning process as Crutchlow has done to good effect. If Smith does well next season, the critics will be nowhere to be seen but will immediately crawl back out of the woodwork to repeat the same old stuff when he has his first DNF.

Lets be honest..Smiths results this year have been average at best, he has been outpaced by his compatriot
Redding at every GP. He has not shone in any GP and yet he gets a MGP ride.

If he cant win on a Moto 2 bike what chance on a MGP -- one season than back to Moto 2 or WSBK for him i think

Can I borrow your crystal ball to see how he will do next year.

@Fergs
Brad beat Scott in 2011

If anyone thinks the Tech3 is a capable bike check the results of his team mates.

"We certainly underachieved in the three races away in Japan, Malaysia and Australia"

Tell the truth Mr Smith, your whole resume is one of underachievement.

Lets hope that in a year's time we don't look back and say 'well that was a waste of a good motogp ride, should have gone to someone more deserving than you'...but I think we will.

It's a bit strange that Bradley is going to motogp next year while he failed to win a single moto2 race, there is other moto2 race winners deserved the Tech3 ride more especailly Pol.

I fear Bradley will be a flop in Motogp, but good luck!
