@jon
i don't think my name means the same as what you think haha
i definitely do not own a mk1 audi tt

as for comparing BMW with vw
the volkswagen brand has amassed an incredible level of resource over the last decade or so and ducati already have a heck of a lot more sportsbike experience than bmw had

I think Spies will be the dark horse on the duke next year,he certainly has the aggression to manhandle the duke, I really want to see all the dukes up front next year...and I'm a yamaha fan!

There you go...VW has started off by removing slowly Ducati's soul and implanting a cold pacemaker instead. See where this ends...Don't forget...Audi is just a rebadged VW.

Stoner is the GOAT because he was able to do better then Rossi on the Ducati? Ok, so if he is the greatest of all time then why hasn't he ever won back to back championships? He won last year and was on the best bike, so what happened this year? Oh wait, it was the tires right? thats going to be your excuse, its bridgestones fault. But wait...the Ducati has major issues when he rode it, yet he was still able to ride around those with his superior skill right? So if his crazy made skills got the Ducati working why didnt it work this year? Get over yourselves and get over this silly notion that he is the GOAT. Let him win back to back titles while being on the best bike in the field and then come back and talk to me. Face it, he's inconsistent, always has been. The greatest of all riders have always been consistent. He would dominate one race then not show up for the next...and you call that the GOAT? You

Vale supporters, Rossi simply can't ride as well as Casey,.....fact, look at the stats since Casey joined MotoGP! Vale is a brat and throws tanties in order to get what he wants! Casey and Jorge simply do their talking on the track.
Ducati need Audi and Dovi is the real winner here even though he is not in the league of Jorge and Casey, with some smart German technology changes, he will win races in 2013

Is the cart before the horse here? If the Duke is to have new crankcases and possible new engine config surely that has to be forthcoming before anyone can make a new frame

Why do some people on here always knock Rossi and say Casey is the best rider when Lorenzo has out performed Casey since Lorenzo joined the top class of MotoGP no mention of how Lorenzo is the real top rider.

Good one Rossi. In 2 years he's managed to steal millions of Ducati and turned their brand into an international laughing stock. I wouldn't be surprised if Ducati sue Rossi for fraud.

Despite what anyone says... Rossi has shown that he is not an exceptional talent on a motorbike. His greater talent was public relations. The ducati is about a second behind on average... put Casey on it and it would be up the front end of a race. It's sad to see you go Casey, without you there we know that the standards of Motogp are never going to be the highest they could be. As of next year Motogp converts to the Spanish GP, which they just happen to race in other parts of the world other than Spain... and they pretend that its an International race series.
