The guy who got BEATEN BY A CRT still got more points than the current world champion even after having to change tires...

The guy who got BEATEN BY A CRT still got more points than a guy who had a dry tire and could have got 2nd place finish and overtaken him in the championship standings...

The guy who got BEATEN BY A CRT still got more points than nicky and bradl who started with dry tires...

its a sad but true fact....

Just add one or two more race... And Pedrosa will be the World Champ... So unlucky racer... But next year... Yes he can, coz no more Stoner in front of him...

Agreed great win by Pedrosa, but it was also a day for lady luck, and timing. Quick thinking from Dani to realise he needed to switch, great timing, Casey needed to switch sooner, Jorge made the right call but undone by speed differential & dry line "& being a bit impatient??" (he was a lucky lad, landing on the helmet, very lucky not to have a serious neck injury). Shame the three didn't all start on the same strategy - but that's racing.

And that's it for 2012

Today make a very interesting thing.

When Jorge isn't riding with championship in his mind.. He made a stupid mistake.
Base on a champion this calibre, he shouldn't have crash there.
He thought every lapped rider has a rear view mirror.

When lapped rider is being shown blue flag, they need to find a bigger path to let the rider go, not instantaneous... Especially at a tight corner..

Too bad year 2012 champion didn't get the chance to spray the champagne on top of podium...
