From a former racer and race official, for the record, in a race the blue flag means -the leaders are approaching (lapping you) get out of the way-. If no blue flags were displayed then Ellison is in no fault, but even then a leader should not assume the (about to be) lapped rider will clear out. As Jorge said, he made a mistake, sooo easy in those conditions. I really can't imagine trying to ride a MotoGP bike in those conditions. Full dry, ok. Full wet, ok. 2-foot wide dry line on slicks with 250+ HP? No way! Glad no-one got hurt and this will have to be one of the most interesting post-season tests in years-Vale back to Yamaha, Marquez on a Repsol Honda, and it looks like Audi is going to turn the Ducati race department (concept, fabrication and funding) over like a mulch pile...

Glad to see Lorenzo escaped injury, but in defense of Ellison,I believe he would of moved for Lorenzo had he seen him..BUT where Lorenzo was trying to pass him was not an ideal spot seeing that the track was wet, and James had nowhere to go without crashing himself
