Superb execution, wonderful artistic content, terrific dis-mount, not such a good landing though. Casey would have controlled it, kept it upright and carried on. - believe!
Valentino is probably thinking "oh dear, what have I done, that is not the M1 I remember!!"
All that aside I just think we're all glad that Jorge walked away unscathed and a little wiser,- probably!

As a Lorenzo fan it was a big dissappoinment to see him crash that way, and I'm glad he's OK, but with that said it was completely his fault. Here is my reasoning...Regardless of blue flags or not, you cannot expect a rider to get out of the way approaching or midway through a corner in such treacherous conditions(if Ellison had gotten out of the way in that area, he could have hit a wet patch and crash)Lorenzo should have waited a little bit longer, I understand his frustration and the fact that Dani was on his a$$ and ran wide giving him some time to breathe he thought that it was his chance to gap him, it didn't work out obviously but he wouldn't have taken that aproach if the championship was on the line still. Only mistake all season when it really didn't matter more than bragging rights. Can't wait for next season!!!!

That looks like Lorenzo of old! :P

Seriously, this kid has matured so much in the last few years that I'll give him a pass for this momentary lapse in judgement. He kept a cool head for the whole season and was in a position to race on pure instinct. Unfortunately, it got him bucked.

Ellison is a great rider! CRT's have as much right as the rest of them to be out there. Also if you watch the video closely you would see that it was not Ellison's fault, Lorenzo crashed on his own. (glad he was not injured) How about people go back and look what Ellison has accomplished in his career so far rather than bashing his character for no reason.

Why wasant bautista shown the blue flag also,if thats the way some of you think,he had stoner coming up to pass him, what did stoner do? he waited until the straight to do it, the same as jorge should of, end of story get over it.

Most of these comments on here are idiotic and seemingly clueless in nature?
Jorge made a mistake merely attempting to maintain the pace and further capitalize on the mistake that said pace had previously caused Dani to make a mistake.Add to it all that on the day they were racing at a circuit on the schedule that amounts to the event being a race within a phone booth.Dani didn't pay as big a price for his mistake on the day that Jorge did.Hard to say which or who would have one the day were things a bit different.Sadly any form of actual GP will be just about completely gone by 2014 it seems? It is mostly gone as it is,I will probably join Mick and Casey on the fishing boats and pay it no more mind.Forty several years is too long anyway.GF

I'm going to play devils advocate here. Maybe rapid Dani's approach was getting into Jorge's head and he simply cracked under the pressure, took an uneccesary risk and binned it.

It's undeniable, if Stoner did what Lorenzo did, that's the ignorant conclusion many on this forum would jump to.
