Now that is a great statement!

Well done Pedrosa.

Hope you stay as sharp as you have been these last few races (I think he will, he stepped up to a new level in his career and he won't start going downhill just yet... or retire...javascript:insertTextCursor('comment',%20':)')

The moral of his season is that with the likes of Lorenzo, Stoner, Rossi or (in the future) Marquez you can't afford to play it safe for the first half of the races.

Hopefully he will have noticed for 2013.

I have not been the biggest fan of Dani P, but this year he seems to of been amazing in the races & far more relaxed in front of the cameras. Looking forward to 2013 already! I think we all hope there are 5 or 6 people fighting for victories.

If the Honda continues to be the bike to beat?

Then I tip Pedrosa to be the 2013 WC.

This guy has gone up another gear. That was something Stoner did not see when he dropped it chasing him...

We are now seeing the true talent of Pedrosa that we have been waiting for, for several years.

Who is this guy?

We are just finding out.

That was a great ride, Dani was buzzing in the BBC interview after, dropped the f-bomb too :-)his reaction to saying it was the funniest bit. Really impressed me this year, and all classes had great races today.

Pedrosa has had his best season, but let's not forget its his 7th year as a factory Honda rider. In Stoners 2 seasons on a factory Honda he equaled the number of wins Pedrosa had in previous 6 years on the factory RCV with a title as well. Theres not much doubt he'd have beaten Pedrosa for wins this year too without the injury, even with the races missed and races handicapped with the ankle he was still only two wins behind Pedrosa this year. If both are injury free Stoner is still a level above Pedrosa which is why Honda offered him 15 million to stay one more season. Where to start this year let's not forget Pedrosa was literally riding to keep his job! Stoners injury combined with Lorenzo protecting his title lead made it possible for Pedrosa to take his most ever wins in the season, not a sudden ride in talent.
