I'm going to miss the San Carlo livery. Hopefully they have a bit more fun with the new sponsor than what's currently displayed in that pic. Looks rather boring...my race bike looks better than that! LOL

a bit worried about what will happen when the boom of the energy drinks fade out... I think most riders and teams are sponsored by a energy drink now.

@Bob
Well I guess you prefer not having them on the grid? Or even better how you about you come up with the money to sponsor them, and then we can call them Bob Gresini, or "Smart Bob Gresini"
Come on man, you see this sport is struggling for money and there you are being picky about it, I rather see a SpongeBob Square pants livery on a bike than not seeing one at all.

Yep yep, looking more like the San Carlo Yamaha rumors are coming true!

Can't deny the draw of Rossi, but its a shame the Spanish economy went to ****, because 6-10 years ago someone of Lorenzo's stature could have easily pulled a Telefonica, Movistar, Santander, etc etc

@jimmy

In a world where many kids want to be as "Edgy" and "Extreme" as possible, the answer is yes. Most of the ones I've tried have me thinking warm goat p!$$ might actually be better. But oh well at least the team has a sponsor. Even if it does look like somebody painted a wrecked up track bike flat black and applied "home made" sponsor decals out white electricians tape...

These energy products like the image bike racing brings. I drank Redbull energy and vitamin drinks in China before Dieter Mateschitz got the rights to sell them globally, different taste though. Since then I have helped to make him one of the richest men in the world.
Whilst these companies are keeping these teams racing don't complain, I saw David Emmett complain one day on twitter about energy drinks only to be shot down by the european marketing manager. Lets home some smart **** dosen't try to ban them, again.
