Critisizing Rossi after 3 laps (presume 1 out, and one in), on a dampening track!!!

The stupidity and ignorance on here is incredible!

He may not be at his best, or even the best at this stage of his career, but once he has done some miles and got his mojo back, he will be there or there abouts.

Love him or hate him, all those world championships mean something.

Watching as we speak, Dovi consistently putting in mid 1.50's (wet through)
Rossi put a few low 1.48's but track conditions are apalling.
Team yamaha to do private testing this evening at Aragon.

Lets not get ahead of ourselves with the Rossi bashing although it is quite funny how I sense some of you are just itching to do it at whatever cause, it really is comical. The only definitive indication of his potential will be when it's dry and when JL is also out there, but even though I don't expect VR to be challenging in the first tests he will get close eventually. If he is still what he was he once was (and i think he is) he will be about on par with JL come the final 3 tests sessions next year. For now tho just want the bloody sun to come out so they can all do a bit. Be good to see how soon Marquez gets on the pace.

Times mean NOTHING. From Dovi down they are wet times so there is literally no point in talking about anything but how cool the bikes look and the fact that Shane Byrne has made an appearance

Yes, Capirossi being the official Safety Advisor to Dorna/Bridgestone is taking the opportunity to test tyres for Bridgestone as he's done at other times this year. Nothing more, nothing less. No tinfoil hat conspiracy, the bike was available in the right conditions to do the testing needed.

Even taking into account the conditions etc... ..am I the only person that is amazed Capirex has jumped on an alien MotoGP bike and put in laps just tenths behind Bautista?

There's a seat in WSBK which I feel Capi could've filled admirably!

Motogp.com had 2 hours of live video feed and there'll be highlight videos online later, but that's it AFAIK.

To be honest there's not much to watch. The rain has pretty much washed it out and most riders will spend the day just sat in their garages. Yamaha may even pack up and leave.
