Andrea Dovizioso: The Ducati is known for working well in the wet, and I can confirm that, but obviously, we have to try it in the dry.

I'd love to see Dovi return to the top with the Ducati where Rossi failed miserably. But in all honesty after Rossi bragging that he didn't want Lorenzo getting the benefits of his development skills at Yamaha ( rather than the years of champions that preceded him ) I'm surprised he couldn't add anything zilch, FA, to the development of the Ducati. I think Dovi will help as he is no quitter.. where Rossi did.. he gave up !! even with his expert team of Burgess etc.. and I sincerely hope he doesn't kick off by wanting brick walls put up.. I doubt he will as he will need Jorge's knowledge now.

you may be right...? but let's hold on to that thought till a 1/2 dozen crashes in the future and then we can revisit.

@ Shamarone Nice one, think you may be right!

@ Realfan I was always the wall was at the behest of Bridgestone as they where running two separate manufacturers from the same garage and it was just kept when everyone else went to Bridgestone. More the tyre manufacturers not wanting to share data and besides wasn't Edwards his team mate when the wall went up?

What race winners on the well sorted bikes don't have half a dozen crashes in FP, QP and races? If you don't crash you aren't trying to go faster. If you don't go faster and find limits the project cannot improve at a rapid pace.

Not crashing is far more telling than hitting the deck IMO...but we've heard it already, why take any risk for 6th place....

So disappointed with motogpdotcom, after three days without a computer I come back home to watch Dovi practice on the Ducati. Surprise! your season pass is over. Rats!! I thought I payed for a full calendar year and get a tease for next year. Now they want my money right away for next season, screw that.

If Audi let the show continued for one more Year with Ducati trying to developed the Gp12 i think for Ducati have a good result only if Motogp was called the Ducati Champion and all bikes on the grid where Gp12 then it was clear that one Ducati would win.. It can have Dovi that is younger or any other roockie it doesnt matter the Ducati is off the pace to honda or yamaha but now with this moves made by Audi maybe they will change the Suter chassi will be good 4sure but it will also be new and will need time 4sure, also other crucial part will be made by Ducati that is the engine and we all know that find horsepower was never a problem to Ducati but find the way to put the Power on the ground needs a big understanding and Ducati have been desapointing on that part all riders him Ducati Motogp history complain about the way the bike fire the Power we will see.. It will be crucial for this guys have a good relation with Suter to put all parts together on a clear way to at the end

We all new that Ducati need somethingh like this somethingh fresh.. im curious to wach the final result of this two Teams worcking together and maybe also the Ducatists will say tkx to Audi for finaly having a nice and radical loocking GP not this Gp12 that is ugly!!
