When the aliens raise the pace in 2011 Dovi got 3rd (on factory)
This year he got 4th (satellite)
That's enough to prove that he is on par or better than Rossi NOWADAYS because riders do improve overtime though some do not.

I wish Cal wont have any bad luck next year, without stoner many podiums await for him.

Smith will have big big trouble! he may rarely crash (cause he cant find the limit) though.

Marquez will compete with Cal most of the time. But a podium/win is a must for a factory rider. He will make ruckus in no time just like Sic and will get the manner the following year.

Bradl, Dovi and Bautista will compete with Rossi for mid-pack. Bautista and Bradl need to be more consistent at all tracks.

Hayden on GP13 only 0.3s than the GP08 that set the race lap record, just the proof that Ducati knows how to make the bike faster and Rossi just didn't know how to ride it.

In the past, Hayden consistently 0.8s slower than Stoner. But this GP13 seem giving him an advantages to get closer to Stoner's lap record.

So, Dovi don't have to worry about the Ducati development. He just need to learn how to ride it to it's limit before getting the result.

I just can't wait Rossi get haunted when he have to fight those faster Ducatis hard. Even the best bike Yamaha can't save him from being smoked.

CRT can't match SBK performance because of the limited number of engines they can use in a season. They must priviledge reliability over performance. WSBK teams have used up to 4 times as many engines as a CRT is allowed.

Also, it's only the first season for the CRT bikes. They will improve. Also, they have to race with the same tyres as the motogp prototypes, which are very different machines. If the CRT stay in the grid long, I hope they are allowed to use different tyres.

Good show from Dani (obviously) and Cal, Hayden and Dovi making good use of the POS Duc too. All the rookies looking competent.

DePuniet deserves something better than CRT IMO.

Pity Yamaha went to Aragon, or we might see where Lorenzo and Rossi fit in.

Might be a more interesting year 2013.

See you all in Feb!

@ EVERYONE saying we're judging too fast.

You said EXACTLY that the first time Rossi sat on the Duc at valencia, then again at Sepang, then again at Sepang AGAIN, then it was the shoulder, AND IT NEVER GOT BETTER, he went backwards.

So if ONE person tries to even IMPLY that Rossi "developed" the Duc better than Stoner I swear I will die from a laughing fit!!! When Stoner got off the Duc, at least HE could ride it... Rossi looks as though he may not be capable of "developing" a cold at this stage.

I am Excited to see that Hayden has now had the oportunity to ride with the latest frame to see what the ducati can do with a rider who intends to get the best out of it instead of complaining........
This year there can be no excuses by Rossi and his fanboy's he has perhaps the best bike on the grid now

If he cannot make the podium nearly every race he should retire like stoner and create space for the younger riders to progress

I personally hope that Pedrosa Finally gets his act together in 2013 for the championship

and if the 2 M1's were there in the dry he would of been 9th fastest, exactly where he will be finishing next season for most races, , possibly 6th at best if he doesnt crash out or into someone as he usually does, not that it means anything because this is just testing.
