Rumour is that it will take 80 seconds to fix the M1 setup to suit vr46, then all that's left to do is sit back & count the podiums as they roll in...

The only thing which might be missing right now for Vale could be a bit of confidence, especially after these 2 years. Riding the yam wouldnt be a problem. But knowing vale even confidence wouldnt be a problem. So he should be fast right from the beginning, means he will be right there fightin for victories. Not a good situation for Jorge, he must beat Vale next year, lot at stake for him.

@ the fan

You made a good point there, jlo is the no1 rider for yamaha, and theoretically he must best vale week in week out. I'm I can see rossi taking back his position as yams no1 guy, but he might be older but he still knows how to race hard and fast

Before Rossi broke his leg he was 1 win ahead of Stoner...

Interesting stat eh ?

2006 rocket ship.....2011 rocket ship.

2007 and 08 pressure and Stoner cracks.

2012 pressure and Stoner cracks.

Win or bin it attitiude shows Stoner has a problem with other people beating him...

Cheers and make sure the House in Switzerland is in good order when you leave.

To all the people who said that Rossi had burnt his bridges at Honda and Yamaha, and would not be taken back, shame on your lack of knowledge. This guy is/was a true champion, and posters who underestimate his ability are once again showing their lack of knowledge of the sport. If he still has what it takes we (race fans) can look forward to a great year for racing. If he doesn't have what it takes anymore, than that will be a shame and I have already decided to follow Stephan Bradl.
So should everybody else move on. Especially Stoner fans. lol.

The Spanish armada will prevale. Most races will be a Spanish 1 2 3.

Rossi will be a few places better than on the Ducati. 4th or 5th instead of 7th & 8th.

It'll take a couple of Spanish DNFs for Rossi to be able to win a race.

@y Badly exposed fraud

this is utter dribble you post, specially if you think MM is going to "own and "thrash" Rossi.
aswell as Hayden HAHAHAHAHAHHAAH Nicky is a top bloke, but he hardley beat Rossi on Ducati when they were team mates, how is he going to thrash Rossi ona Yamamha.
you just Badly exposed how much of a numpty you are.
back to your hole troll.

It looks like people are setting the bar pretty low for Rossi with most voting for multiple race wins. I think that he has to at least beat Lorenzo as every rider's challenge is to first beat their team mate. Any thing short of that will be a failure.

Consistent podiums Rossi has got to be doing. He's on the title winning machine & i'm thinking people are honestly forgetting what this man is capable of. Who in the modern era has won more than Vale?! I'd be very surprised if he wasn't fighting for the title
