Enough is enough...I didn't know Dingos were born in Birmingham England! How am I fence sitting? Did you not get mad at me because I made my call? Did I not say that he has to beat the best Ducati? Isn't that what got your knickers in a twist? I have no firm favorite in MotoGP. How am I a Rossi knocker? I have made observations about his last two years that are accurate and informed. I like to see riders try the best they can with the equipment they have. My judgement is Rossi did not do that. Why you have to convert that to abuse is beyond me. Grow up.

O,ja...I remember. If had not Dani been torpedeod by Simo,he would have beaten CS.really?.why the hell was he scrapping with Simo in that position,n why did the pass so impatiently n uncomposedly?.classy?of course not!!.Casey knew Rossi was coming hot behind in the first few laps at Jerez's damp race thus awarefully gave him a way(yet collected by Rossi).N remember that is Casey's 2011 non podium race or better said DNF or Better said would have been ever long podium run since leaving ducati or 100 percent podium, remembering Malaysian round cancelled(he was leading 3 second ahead within 3 or 4 laps).
can't accept it,casey haters!
Dani got better him occasionally only in schasenring and slightly better when got engine and frame update heading to LS while casey only frame.(yes he refused for a personal reason).

The only question is, have Pedrosa and Jorge
got significantly better in these last two seasons?
You would think though that, if Rossi has been struggling with front end feel and gets what he wants with the Yamaha, he will potentialy be finding it easier, and therefore himself be faster than he was before.
Bearing in mind he was struggling to keep up with Stoner and Jorge in 2010, yet put it on pole for his last race with Yamaha and didn't he win that race also?
I think personally he is in it to win the championship
and will be going for pole at Qatar. Nothing less.

It doesnt really matter what Rossi's intentions or hopes are.... he will want to win a s much as possible...all racers do...
But....the young guns have moved the game on...It always happens. He will be lucky to finish a consistant 3rd. I wish him well... but I think we will all be in for a bit of a shock come next season.

I have no doubt Rossi's goal will be to win the CS. It comes as no surprise to me that he would understate his intentions, but the Rossi I know whants only one thing.

Achieving it is a whole different matter of course. But the good news is we all will find out.
In the meantime lets speculate away......

Its a silly and absolute waste of a question. Even Rossi himself knows he hasnt a bat in hells chance of winning another MotoGP title, the odd win - maybe yes. A success more like will be 'milking' it for all its worth - that is getting as many millions$$$$$ as he possibly can. Its all about big bucks, the rest is just conversation and racing.
